This vintage carryall purse was manufactured by Elgin American circa 1940. It is made of white metal. The design is all-over embossed. Each side has a place for a monogram (which has not been used). The interior has 3 compartments: pressed powder, rouge, lipstick and the other side sports a mirror. The original pads are included but no makeup is.
