Buttons all the way up the front. Missing belt but looks good with any black belt. I'd say a large size. Label reads: By Berkshire Between Size Casual. Good vintage condition. There is one small repair in skirt that has been patched in the inside that I didn’t even realize was there until I turned it inside out to look for a fabric tag. No other defects found.
