Beautiful party/ bridesmaid dress in pale blue with a subtle pattern. Tulip sleeves, full skirt. 18” across bust, 13” across waist, 55” in length. Many stains, plus a few snags in fabric. I have not tried to clean it. I’m guessing the fabric is rayon.
