1930's VINTAGE BLOUSE neck tie XS

Black cotton blouse from the make-do-and-mend era! A one-owner piece, comes to me from the original owner's granddaughter. The original owner's mother made it. Black cotton weave, with yellow plaid contrast collar, buttons, and neck tie. The bottom flares out to an almost 'peplum'. This is size XS, and definitely for a petite.
