This is either very late 1933 or 1934. in '33 they all had wire lugs until December when the first line of '34s models with these standard lugs came out. In '34 they also changed the are so Mickey's knees were over the 5 and 7 rather than next to... so likely 34.
In 1935 on the dial next to Mickey on the left in that open white space they introduced "Made in U.S.A". So there's a more accurate time frame for ya.

this is kids or unisex not women's... but I guess in today's sizes its more a woman's watch. but for reference most watch collectors for. piece like this are men.
