1930's COTTON DAY DRESS polka dot 30's M L

This was a family heirloom! 1930's cotton day dress, royal blue with white polka dots. Pops on over the head, and has an attached waist tie. This fits a M, but could lean more toward L if you add a side opening (like a zipper or buttons). The bodice buttons are just decorative, not functional. Overall excellent condition considering it's age! At about knee level in the front, I found two rust dots and a tiny hole (see last picture). Also a touch of dye muddle in the armpits, which is not noticeable in normal wearing. This is sturdy and wearable! Measurements below, keep in mind this pops over the head and has no stretch.
