@mehark0917 Hi! The company was founded in 1968 and is known for its high-quality costume jewelry. It's definitely one of the earlier designs. High-quality gold tone metal is my best answer. It can be cleaned easily with a fine jewelry cleaner for precious stones or even a mild soap with a soft brush. I would not clean the heart in jewelry cleaner or water. Just brush with a soft cloth. 😁
