Hi! Do you have any detailed info on the quality, grade, total weight of the diamonds? Any interest in trading for it? Lmk... thx🙏

@rlcamejo hi! I just know that it was made in the 1920s (100 years old and mint condition) its platinum which is the most expensive metal because it’s so solid and durable which is why it’s in such mint condition. I don’t know exactly the clarity of the diamonds but they look to be pretty colorless so my guess is D-F. I can take it to a jeweler to get the exact details but not sure if I can do this within the next week.

@rlcamejo The ring is pretty rare and beautiful and I’m so sad it doesn’t fit my ring finger otherwise I would never sell it ever! Heirloom piece.

@rlcamejo unsure TCW but the diamonds are fairly sizable for the style ring.

@rlcamejo not sure I want to trade for it... what were you thinking?

@bookmart excuse me?!

@bookmart let me educate you on the value of things. Like your platinum plated watch is going for around $300 re-sale. 100% platinum is the most valuable metal. It’s indestructible. An heirloom 100% platinum ring with high grade diamonds that is in mint condition that’s over 100 yrs old is worth way more that $3K

@bookmart uninterested in trading this.

@bookmart Platinum is more expensive because it is rarer and mined much less than gold. Only 160 tons of platinum are mined annually, as opposed to 1,500 tons of gold. Also, platinum is more dense than gold, so the same ring will weigh significantly more in platinum than in gold and precious metals are priced by weight. This ring is valued at 10K.
