1920s 5 Bisque “Nodders” from Comic strips by Carl Ed/Ad Carter. Harold Teen & more + vintage game A.D. Carter was the creator of various early 20th-century newspaper comics starring children, such as 'Our Friend Mush' (1919-1923), 'Just Kids' (1923-1957) and 'Nicodemus O'Malley' (1926-1942). I had intended on putting new bands in as it’s relatively easy for someone whose hands work better than mine! I will provide the rubber thread and a lot of reference material that I’ll send when purchasing these. Included with the sale as a “gift” to go along with the “comic characters theme” is a 1940s Katzenjammer Kids Hockey Game by Jaymar Lasting 109 years, The Katzenjammer Kids is still the longest-running American comic strip in history despite its conclusion in 2006.
