1901 Indian Head Penny on heart shaped pendant. Gold plate. The penny is surrounded by red rhinestones.The gold plate on the penny shows some light wear. The chain is in excellent condition. I haven’t seen another one like it. See photos. Very cool necklace.

trudiev @field808 I think the coin is a real penny, but the good is gold plate. I bought it at an estate sale, so I don’t know a lot about the history.
