18kGF RING: 1/2” Wide Band w/open Pattern & Central Swathe of ? White Sapphire vs Rhinestones. I’m not sure if these are synthetic or natural, but they catch the light brilliantly! They are in open settings- as done with real gemstones. The ring is much prettier in person! The ring is tapered such that the design is on the top of the hand, and there is a smooth plain band along the palm side. Inside the yellow/gold band is marked 18KGF Approximate diameter of 16 mm correlates to ring size 5 1/2. Family owned from a smoke-free home
