dejavu_dv @gettumgirl I can try and get that done and see how much it cost to have it in writing I recently paid $30 to have a turquoise necklace tested to certify that they were real turquoise but the written certificate was $100 :( Don't worry if you don't feel comfortable because of the stamp! I totally understand 😘

dejavu_dv @gettumgirl the measurement included the clasp the actual bracelet measures 7" my wrist size is 6.3/4 and if fits fine. I don't wear much jewelry any more because I have 2 little ones and they pull my jewelry all the time.

dejavu_dv @gettumgirl I did stopped at the jeweler guy at lunch while I was on my way to post office he said he can test it with acid but that obviously it will cost $ and show on the piece of jewelry on the spot for testing he said you don't want to find out if this is pure gold you already know is not so it would leave a mark on the jewelry no matter what, because the best way to do it is on the actual piece. Further more he said we can do a much safer test, by using magnets

dejavu_dv @gettumgirl so he used a magnet, he said if the magnet pull hard where there is an obvious pull then is not good quality, most likely is not filled but plated if the magnet does not pull or have no reaction is pure Gold, if the magnet pulls but you can't even feel the pull then is a good gold-filled

dejavu_dv @gettumgirl so he did it and there was almost no reaction between the magnet and the necklace, he did the same with the bracket ( $15 dollars less in my pocket later) he said " my opinion is that it is gold filled looks to me like 22k not 18k and definitely a vintage piece, at least 20 years" I said I purchased 7 to 10 years ago overseas he said " you may have purchased 7 years ago but the piece is old, as a collector of antique and vintage I can tell
