18k gold Ruby pendant and chain

18 " Twisted rope chain in gold plate over 925 Italian Sterling silver with a spring ring clasp. Weighs 10.80 grams which includes the gold and stones. See print out the insurance that was appraised in 2017 for "515.00" which did not include a chain. The pendant measures app. 1.5 inches with a pear shaped ruby in the middle and clear diamonds on the side. It weighs 4.20 grams which includes the stones. I will send the appraisal. It is worth more now as gold has increased significantly. The print out from the insurance company has it mislabeled as a ring.
