I know you sent a free pair but what I want is the hoops I ordered - they were available at time of purchase I was not notified of any changes lmk what happened I didn't order pearls and I recived 2 pair

theresa_padilla @luxrywear ty for your response. I see now why you sent the extra pair ...only thing you should have notified me when you discovered your inventory misconstrued. Not just assumed it would be ok with extra pair / you never even mentioned what I ordered wasn't in the pkg I recieved.
