1890's Victorian Collectible Phone Operator Doll Self-Standing

Vintage 1890’s Bell System Operator Doll Designed Exclusively for Telephone Pioneers of America: White Doll with Black Hair This doll was made in the British Crown Colony of Hong Kong. The doll is white with black hair and is wearing a black satin skirt, white shirt, and removable shoes. Her clothing is accentuated with white delicate ruffles at neckline, wrists, and hemline of skirt. She is also wearing a thick shiny gold belt at her waist. Under the skirt she is wearing on a pair of white knee knocker bloomers also trimmed with lace. The phone is held around her neck with a velcro-closed ribbon. The doll is vinyl and plastic throughout, and is in immaculate condition. She is in the original box with tissue paper which are also in excellent condition. Measurements: Length 15” Width (shoulder to shoulder) approximately 4” The box is 16" x 5" x 3"
