Oh my.. He's new and he talks. His face is adorable with his cute little French mustache. He says four phrases. He is "Scout Elf Joe" He is new with tags. Both hang tags and tush tags. The sticker that says "Squeeze Me I talk" is missing. He is I excellent condition and looks so adorable. He does talk when squeezed. What a cute addition to your Elf on the Shelf collection.
