Size 18 REGULAR, waist 20 inches, rise to 11 inches up, hips to 24 inches, and inseam is 30 inches. Legs are slim/skinny and have a tapered hem. There are fabric panels going down the side of both legs....see photos. Made of cotton, polyester, and spandex. Is DARK BLUE (color is closer to the LAST photo) and in EXCELLENT/NEWER? condition.
