17/21 exclusive denim jeans

Good condition 17/21 exclusive denim jeans. These jeans are a size 6 and it appears as if maybe they have been cut off and sewn to make them shorter. The hemmed portion of legs have come undone in certain spots but can be easily rehemmed or use denim glue to repair them. These jeans were found in a storage building so don’t know for sure if they were actually cut off or if it’s a manufacturing defect. Make an offer
