Love this! If between sizes would you advise sizing up or down?

Good morning. The material is stretchy. If you are short or have a small waist, I wound size down. The waist is more fitted and the skirt gives you an hourglass shape. I am between a size 6 and 8 therefore I would wear a medium. I hope this helps.
