happylilbean @sarbarkman it is from an estate sale and it was told to me that it is a lab grown stone with gold overlay on silver . They told me that it was purchased in a jewelry store in Stamford ( Greenwich) Connecticut. I added a photo on my finger . Now it is wrapped ready to sell
