@melindagreen21 it’s only an engagement ring pictured it’s a split shank so it does look like a band is with it to some… i paid 3400 asking 3 obo value is 5999 per the receipt

Total paid was 3452 with taxes and insurance warranty etc whoever get the ring will be able to maintain the extras can go have it cleaned and inspected every six months etc and maintain lifetime warranty

@melindagreen21 I worked at kay jewelers and all the neil lane rings are sold separately the engagement and wedding band are not sold together but since they have match it comes up as bridal set. so actually even though it says bridal set she only purchased the engagement ring because the wedding band would have actually been a separate item and price.

@melindagreen21 yes they can be sold together but as a kay employee I know they are two separate products with two separate skus and prices so she just purchased the ring. if you order online and loom online you can buy it as a set or as individual pieces same at the store but they are not same sku they have two different tags and two different prices but are displayed together and come up as set since they have matching pieces. I worked and kays and know the inventory there works.

@thrift_allie lol I also used to work at Kay’s and you’re wrong, but go on with whatever you’d like to say. I don’t want the ring anymore. I’ll find a newer one instead of one that’s 5 years old. 🤷🏼♀️

@melindagreen21 okay I know set is a set at most places but it does come up in there system as a set even if you only purchase one part of it. I also have a neil lane ring from there and I purchased the ring and my receipt says set too even though I didn't purchase the band with it. that's just the way it works. have a good night!

What a beautiful ring. Has it ever been resized and can the warranty be transferred? The reason I ask is I have a NL ring and they told me at Kay’s that it could only be resized 2 sizes up or down from the original size it was purchased at.

@mrspharroe natural i believe as this ring was from 2017- to my knowledge he didn’t begin using lab diamonds until 2023 but i can inquire at Kay to be sure
