14k cz engagement ring

This must be ‘diamonique’ it fooled me - I thought it was a diamond until testing it - it’s a 6mm cz - with surrounding marquise czs - very beautiful substantial setting - this tests for 14k - looks like it’s stamped but the 14k is not clear- this 14k yellow gold- ( tested )- 4.1g
