Approx. 1/2 Ct TW Diamonds, the center stone is approx. 10 points. Stamps/Signed 14KG AJ which is the maker/designer, also, 1 1/2 TW stamped ( I am thinking this means 1/2 CT) Acid tested and Diamond Tested. Approx. 6 3/4", can be sized if desired. 11 Diamonds Total with the center as the larger stone. 4.25 Grams.
