Lovely vintage 14K gold heart pendant with five round pearl balls and three diamond cut shape floral flower sepal and stigma emeralds. Very lite tiny scuff on left sepal of flower hardly will notice. All pearls are in very good condition. Pendant is over twenty years old with minimum wear comes with 14K gold eighteen inch fairly new box necklace. Width of necklace 1.5mm, initials YT, bail open of pendant 3.5mm with lobster clasp. Initials engraved on pendant B.J. could be person initials.

lilyofdvalley what's your bottom #, looks like there's a small piece missing on the heart outline. it's hard to tell as i'm trying to see where the scuff is as well
