14” Red Kisses Ceramic Balloon

This is the most adorable Red Balloon I’ve ever seen! I wasn’t able to use it so I hope someone else could have a special person or reason to use it. My original idea was to get a long dowel rod and put it inside the balloon and then stick the balloon in a bouquet of flowers. But I ran out of time and didn’t get the rod in time. I bought the Balloon at Breed and Company. 14” Red Kisses Ceramic Balloon made by Allstate floral. New and BEAUTIFUL!!
