Black velvet halter bodice is studded with rhinestones. Four large rhinestone buttons decorate the front. The halter fastens at the neck with a pair self-covered buttons. Low cut back. Zips up the back. The overskirt is sheer black fabric and very full. The under skirt is a circle of black satin. The top is fully lined with light boning on the side of the bodice.
