12PM by Mon Ami long sleeve top. The material is thick and comfortable with french terry inside. Pocket on left side of chest with cow skull print. Heather grey body with navy blue sleeves and red flowers. Made in the U.S. The sizing tag has been removed, but based on the measurements I believe it's a medium. Excellent condition. No rips, stains, or other known damage.
