This 12 piece set of ornaments consist of (3) extra large hanging elf heads ornaments measure 21" from tip of pom pom to base,with metallic sparked hats and scarves, (5) smaller elf head ornaments measure 11 inces feom tip of bell to head base. The (2) elf leg picks measure 21.5" and (2) elf arms with red & white stripped mittens measure 19". Excellent condition no rips, tears, stains, or discoloration.
