12” leather dog collar & 4 ft leash NWT

Super cute bronze spike small 12” dog collar with matching 4 foot leash. NWT. This is leather. I personally don’t use or buy leather goods but am selling this for my mom. She bought it a while back but it was too small for her dog. Please always consider adoption first. I have 2 shelter dogs and they are great, one 15 the other 12, both mutts and going strong!
