Dainty and sweet estate 3-D ribbon/bow and heart cut blue/purple synthetic Sapphire pendant in stamped and chemically tested 10kt solid yellow gold. Approx 3/5" long including bail x just over 1/4" wide. The sapphire is about 4.5 x 5mm, and in excellent condition.
