10k purple haze ring size 7.25

beautiful 10k yellow gold ring with 1 tiny diamond accent on either side. the center is a nice size soft & light purple (I believe amethyst). it was a gift many moons ago so no clue where they got it from. it wasnt new when it was given to me. size is a dot over 7.25 but not quite 7.5 (see pix)
