Vintage size 7 1/4 oval cut dainty synthetic Sapphire ring with 2 clear genuine topaz accents, vintage from the 1960s. In great used condition with minimal wear. Stamped and chemically tested as solid 10k gold. Great ring for stacking and comfortable on the finger! Pictures just don't do it justice!
