Per my jeweler who is a gemologist, this is a 10K gold heart shaped pendant with 17 round diamonds having an approximate combined total weight of 0.85. Chain in not included, but it is sold separately in "My Closet" on Poshmark. This is a beautiful pendant. All fine jewelry gemstones, weights, and sizes have been measured with jeweler’s tools and measurements are approximate. Except for gold where carats are stamped on genuine gold jewelry.
