10K Gold Filled semi Precious Stone Solitaire Ring Joseph Esposito Vintage

Pre owned This ring, honestly looks like it was one of his first rings made or he was practicing with this one. His other jewelry rings look very finely made but this one looks unfinished. This is my opinion. I am learning. Bottom ring looks gold filled, top where the stone is does not. The PRESIDIUM Gem Tester says it is a semi precious stone.
