Some of the seam stitching at crotch area coming undone: not readily noticeable, in my opinion, unless someone stares at the crotch area- but needs sewn up there nonetheless. Right pocket folded down slightly needs ironed back up to be correctly flat- but still cute. Good preowned condition otherwise, from a clean smoke free home. Waist across is approx 12.5” From button down to crotch measures approx 10” Inseam is approx 27”
