In excellent condition the elastic is so good has a little bit of stretch to it it does have some stings as shown in the picture but otherwise in really really good condition and I've had a very very hard time finding anything else a similar to this in the size it is online I'm also throwing in 101 Dalmatians goodie bags there are about three big ones that are red and about a 15 of the smaller white ones
