Selling one wool kilt-like skirt with matching scarf. Made in Scotland and bought in Edinburgh. Too small for me now sadly. Super cute on with a pair of tights and a black sweater. Leather straps and buckles add interesting details to the skirt. Interior has button closure. Unlined. Waste is 28 inches across with hips at 38 inches.
