100% silk white and pink Bebe dress

Gorgeous white and pink silk dress from Bebe. The pattern is white roses and pink background. Straps are adjustable elastic so no pulling up the girls all night! Super flatter skater style. Came with a long belt as picture but I actually wore it as a long headband!
