100% silk strapless French inspired dress size small

#A495. This dress is black and white with a cute print with cursive writing, flowers, bows, hearts and butterflies. It’s 100% silk and fully lined with a tulle hem ( you can cut the tulle out if you don’t like it). The tag says size 8 but the dress in the waist fits like a 4. (My models size) It has buttons like there may have been straps but this is how I bought it as a strapless. There is boning in the chest and sides Approximate measurements: Chest - 16.5” Waist - 15.25” Length - 39”
