Tagged a size 4 but listing as a 2 here as these fit me quite snug around the waist. Gorgeous. I wore these a few times with a bustier of the same color and heels. gimme_that @prettyflawless just under 13 inches. More like 12 and 7/8 of an inch. I am between a 25-26 inch waistline myself and I would pair it with a waist-cinching bustier and that made it fit really comfortably for me. Or some shapewear under makes it fit really comfortably on me.

gimme_that @prettyflawless sorry, I meant to phrase that as “just under 13 inches when laid flat and measured across the front.” The measurement comes to between 25 and 26 inches. Sorry for the confusion and let me know if I can answer any other questions.
