Sorry for the bother and know it probably isn’t your issue but I just bought this dress on June 7th from the seller who bought this from you.She has not logged on since the last message she sent that day. She has not shipped the dress either and I’m really concerned. I have sent messages periodically to check in but nothing. Even PM has done an automatic check-in.

markettaschreck @bryannamarilyn I’m not sure, I did recently have a sale that I was seriously delayed shipping, it took over 2 weeks but I was in contact with the buyer so she was patient and it didn’t automatically cancel. I think it’s up to you to cancel if you want to, it becomes an option if an order is not shipped after a week.
