Gorgeous silk black and white button down blouse from Alexander McQueen. Made in Italy. Black blouse with accentuated and long white cuffs. Longer sleeves give a flowy balloon sleeve look. Black button closure on the sleeves. White sleeves have a few marks, as pictured. They may or may not come out with a dry cleaning. In otherwise good condition.
