100% cotton Circus 212 skull hoodie

Unique and 100% cotton pocket hoodie. Spikes and stripe printed hood. High quality materials. Says size 7, but fits my mannequin which looks to be a size small adult. It’s intended for kids ? My 11 year old can wear it, but it’s a little big on her. NWOT
