Neiman Marcus exclusive silk skirt b&w tiny dots. It has 2 layers - at the bottom there is a slight flounce or ruffle look. Cute and feminine. It is a size 16 , the waist measures almost 17.5 inches across , doubled to 34-35 in. I believe it is a bit tight for a 16 as I’m a true 16 and I feel it is just a tad tight, but please go by waist measurement and let me know if you need others. Thanks.
