clifftopcat121 Hi! Looking at the measurements it looks like it would only fit someone with a 23 inch waist, but you mentioned it would fit a 2 or 4. I’m in between both sizes but I think usually 23 inch waist is a 0. Is it smaller than normal or does it stretch?

sdurk413 @clifftopcat121 Hi, thanks! Yes, that's correct– the waistband itself on this one is pretty small. The tag says 4, but I noted XS and the waist measurement because I'm guessing the size 4 tag is a vintage sizing, a bit smaller than today's
