100% Silk Pink Birds In Flight Blouse

Beautiful silk blouse from Anthropologie brand Yoana Baraschi. White birds in flight print with contrast polka dot hem, flounce cap sleeves, and ties. White pointelle crochet lace at front neckline. Polka dot ties into bow at bust and side ties around back for fit. My sister picked this and let me buy it for her as a gift, but I don't think she ever wore it (she said she was going to cut off the ties and they are still attached). I thought it was like new condition, but while photographing I found two small holes in the white polka dots on the back of the left sleeve flounce- please see close ups.
