cfarsaci @bohoballerina Hi! So sorry it took me so long. The narrowest part of my waist is a loose 27" (leaving room to breath). The seam of the dress where the skirt and bodice meet measures just over 13" when lying flat--which explains why the dress is such perfect, snug fit.
