100% Silk Bebe gorgeous party dress 😍😍

Super adorable navy blue Bebe dress! This dress is 100% silk and is very well made. There beautiful ribbon detail in the front and back of the dress. There is a removable halter strap, grippy lining at the top of the bust (perfect for going strapless), and the bottom is sewn so that the dress stays completely put when you move. Also has a 100% silk full lining. I must say, this is the ultimate dance party dress!!!!!
