I am the original owner of this pair, personally shopped for & purchased them at Chanel in saks in west palm beach, fl.

lianeluvshoes Did you just add the fact that the buckle needed “a little adjusting” after I purchased these ? Bc believe me .. I just received them from the mailman 10 minutes ago and if I had known the problem these sandals buckle break off… I wouldn’t have bought these. Now I’ll go to corporate. Super disappointed!

mimiandlala @lianeluvshoes Hi there! The description has remained the same since I posted the sandals, all of my items are described honestly with as much detail as possible. A listing also cannot be edited once an item has sold. If you check the tracking, they were also inspected by poshmark before you received them. They do require adjusting, as I described in the listing, but once the strap was secured I never had any issues when I wore them.

lianeluvshoes I’m telling you there’s no adjusting them …. 15 min after delivery the silver pointy think came out of the buckle and won’t go back in. That’s not ok ! It’s not adjustable. It’s broken

mimiandlala @lianeluvshoes I know you submitted a claim through PM. However, I’ve had these sandals for years and they’ve been that way since I purchased them. I provided an accurate description of the issue. It is not my fault that you missed the verbiage in my listing. Your exaggeration is insulting. If they’re broken now, it’s bc you purposely damaged them. I’m not sure what your MO is here. You got an amazing deal on a classic pair of Chanel sandals that will never go out of style.
