sxjasper @ambergoff06 I don't believe there are official boxes for these figurines. Boutique stores, Hallmark, & places like that that sell them ( these aren't easy to find a store that carries them) . All the official information is on the bottom of the bear, showing they are indeed authentic. Are you a teddy bear collector? I have more I haven't posted. They are adorable!

sxjasper @proudmomma4 Sorry, but I had to decline your offer. I believe I stated in the description how rare these ceramic Boyd's Bears are. They're retired forever, all of my bears. Retirement means this exact piece will never be made again. These are extremely hard to find, as literally approx. only 4-5 exist, & at a much higher price!

sxjasper @proudmomma4 This bear is actually worth in the $60 range, & I even lowered it to $26, but it was hard. I don't understand Poshmark buyers who continue to make low-ball offers that are outrageous on some items, this being one of them. I don't think you truly appreciate the amazing detail & how precious they are, like diamonds, value goes up as they age. It's Poshmark Etiquette & not acceptable.

proudmomma4 @sxjasper my bad..no need to get so excited. I'm obviously not a collector of these bears. I was just going to buy it for a baby shower I am hosting. If it's that valuable to you maybe you should try selling it on a more serious sight.

sxjasper @ambergoff06 Hi. I was re-reading your question/comment about these Boyd's Bears. You said, was it your mother-in-law, that only wants the BOYDS in boxes. Just FYI, just to make sure I was correct, I called a number I found on the official BOYDS site , which is for a time, going into "hiding". Not one of these bears were ever sold in an official box. I would have kept them for sure if they had.

sxjasper @ambergoff06 All of the important info. is underneath the bear. The crucial info that proves its truly authentic. That's why the don't make unnecessary boxes. My bears are in pristine condition, are retired, & very hard to find. I have at least 15 of them, all retired & I looked up their value. For any retired bear (has to be purchased before a certain time) there exists most likely 4-5. Like diamonds. Age with time

You needed to be told so hopefully you won't try & cheat your way out to someone else who doesn't know how the system works. Not dwelling. It's my BOUNDARY STATEMENT. DONE. PLAY FAIR.

proudmomma4 @sxjasper maybe you should look up the definition of offer. Someone makes a offer and it's either accepted or not. That's fine if you set a certain limit for you but I'm not you and i should be free to offer what I want without being judged or talked down to. And yes you are dwelling on it cause you keep pestering me about it stop being a child and move on!!!!

sxjasper @proudmomma4 YOU didn't let it go after my last post & reducing to name-calling is indeed very immature. You definitely can make any offer you choose, but integrity, kindness, & NO LOW-BALLING are more like Poshmark & their good reputation they'd like to keep. Taking advantage of someone whose selling a very expensive anything but reduces the price greatly, buyers are already getting a bargain & so offering $16 OFF the already low price, in my life, isn't playing fair & cheats the system.
